Had a wonderful customer service experience with Sky High Roofing. They were very easy and responsive with email communications, and gave me a competitive quote for replacing 2 roof vents. Due to a poor weather forecast they had an opening for the repair job the next morning and they arrived and completed the job in less than an hour. Highly recommended company and I will definitely be using them for my next roof replacement.

Had a great experience with Sky High. Everything was smooth, fair, and professional from diagnostic to fix. What appreciated most was that they had the same crew that diagnosed the issue come back for the repair. We've had issues with bad communication between two separate teams before, but the guys knew exactly what was needed when they arrived and quickly fixed our leak and some other small issues. Overall, very happy with the service we recieved!

My experience with Skyhigh Roofing was entirely positive from the assessment and estimate to the clean-up and billing. They told me that only my front shingles needed replacing, not front and back as others had suggested. They provided detailed information on the materials and processes they were going to use and explained why. They were flexible in scheduling but once we set a date, they immediately began planning, including getting a much needed parking permit from the city to accommodate their vehicles and equipment. They arrived on time and worked steadily through the day with a minimum of disruption to our household or our neighbours. They cleaned up after themselves and did their best to preserve my front garden. Also, their office staff were unfailingly responsive, pleasant, and well-informed. And the roof looks great. Altogether, a very professional and efficient company to work with.

Recommended by IKO for the Orléans region. We were given a knowledgeable presentation at our home. We were left with an informative professional folder containing specifications for all the elements that were installed. The price was mid range and competitive. Care was taken not to damage the driveway when the refuse container arrived within days. The crew show up the following morning. Work commenced with removal off the existing shingles. Within a few hours the IKO shingles were delivered and hosted to the roofline. Over the course of 2 days all the elements were installed correctly. Cleanup occured each day. We are very pleased with the product, installation, and the crew.
